Visitors on this website can register for using the Virtual Office. Here you can keep your personal documents and data. If you mark them as Personal, it cannot be viewed by anyone else. There are many usable features in this virtual office. You may register and then log in, and come and see the features.

Before registering, you need to understand and agree with the following terms:
The Virtual Office is an online feature. In the usual circumstance, the data and other items you input will not be lost. Yet, if at anytime, they are lost due to any unforeseeable reasons, Victoria Institutions cannot be held responsible. It is wise to keep a back up copy of all essential data, you are storing on the Virtual Office.

It is not possible for other members to view your data/files/posts etc. which you have marked as Personal. Yet, due to any reason, if some of your information/data gets leaked/stolen, Victoria Institutions cannot be held responsible.

Members can post into the forum pages, add Knowledge Base articles, add Content Library and do many other similar things. Yet, it is binding on the members to see that nothing in their writings/posting is of a libellous nature. No personal attacks or features of personal animosity should be posted/written for public viewing on this Virtual Office, other than where it is marked as Personal.

Nothing unlawful should be written/posted for public viewing in the Virtual Office.

It is possible that there may be contents which are wrong, erroneous, contrary to common belief and such. Victoria Institutions cannot be held responsible for any loss, grief, and such, that can be caused by the reading/use/studying/depending on such items.

If there are items that need correction, or that are unlawful, or that are of mischievous intent, members can bring them to the notice of Victoria Institutions’ administration by sending an email to virtual@vvv03.com, or a personal message to the administrator or by sending a letter by post.  Victoria Institutions may or may not give due consideration to such request depending upon Victoria Institutions' own policies and likes and dislikes.

We reserve the right to add or remove any feature from this Virtual Office at anytime, we so desire.

We reserve the right to send you emails in the email addresses you have provided to inform you information connected to your use of the Virtual Office. We also reserve the right to send you Personal Messages from the Virtual Office.

Victoria Institutions reserves the right to stop the Virtual Office at anytime it so desires; without assigning any reasons, whatsoever..

Victoria Institutions can remove any member from this Virtual Office, without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
